These Terms & Conditions govern your use of garpwin and form a legally binding agreement between you and garpwin. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By accessing or using garpwin, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in their entirety.
Transparent Terms
Every rule governing your account, bonuses, and withdrawals is stated in plain English. No hidden clauses, no surprise conditions discovered only at withdrawal time.

Definitions
The following terms are used throughout this document and carry the meanings defined below. Where the context requires it, singular terms include the plural and vice versa.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Platform in any form — whether by visiting the homepage, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the Platform — you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.
If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms and that you accept these Terms on their behalf.
These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus-specific conditions, and promotional terms that garpwin publishes on individual promotion pages. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms take precedence for that promotion only. For all other matters, these Terms govern.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity arising from translation or interpretation into another language, the English text shall prevail.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
To be eligible to register and maintain an account on garpwin, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
- You are at least 18 years of age. This is an absolute minimum with no exceptions under any circumstances.
- You are a human individual acting on your own behalf. Automated accounts, bots, and registrations made on behalf of a third party without their consent are strictly prohibited.
- You have not previously been self-excluded from garpwin or had your account closed for Terms violations, unless garpwin has explicitly reinstated your eligibility in writing.
- You are not using the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly illegal under local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether online gambling is lawful in your location before accessing garpwin.
- You hold only one garpwin account. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.
- The personal and payment information you provide to garpwin is accurate, complete, and your own. You must not use another person's identity or payment method.
garpwin reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 72 hours of a request may result in temporary account suspension pending verification. All KYC documentation submitted to garpwin is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Account Registration & Management
To access the full range of garpwin features — including deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and real-money gameplay — you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge and open to all eligible individuals as defined in Section 3.
During registration you will be asked to provide certain personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method. All information provided must be accurate and kept up to date. You can update your account information at any time via Account Settings, subject to re-verification for changes to core identity fields.
- One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one account on garpwin. Duplicate accounts created to claim multiple welcome bonuses or circumvent account restrictions will be closed and associated funds forfeited.
- Password security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. garpwin will never ask for your password via email or chat. Choose a strong, unique password and do not share it with anyone.
- Email verification: Account registration requires confirmation of your email address via a verification link sent to the address provided. Accounts with unverified email addresses may have limited functionality.
- Mobile verification: A valid Bangladeshi mobile number is required for SMS two-factor authentication. This helps protect your account from unauthorised access.
- KYC prior to first withdrawal: Full identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal request is processed. Required documents typically include a national identity card (NID) or passport, and confirmation of your primary payment method.
garpwin reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Decisions regarding account eligibility are final and are not subject to appeal in the absence of clear evidence of administrative error.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All transactions on garpwin are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). garpwin supports a range of local and international payment methods to ensure accessible, low-friction banking for Bangladeshi players. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals.
Deposits: Funds deposited into your garpwin account are processed in real time for all supported mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Standard bank transfers may take up to 2 business hours depending on your bank's processing schedule. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 via mobile wallet and ৳500 via bank transfer. garpwin does not charge a fee on deposits; any charges applied by your payment provider are outside our control.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within 15–30 minutes for bKash and Nagad during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The maximum single withdrawal is ৳200,000. Players with VIP status may request higher single-transaction limits via the support team.
- Same-method rule: Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, up to the deposited amount. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and protect player funds.
- KYC required: All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. First-time withdrawal requests require submission of identity documents. Subsequent withdrawals from verified accounts are processed without additional documentation unless account circumstances change.
- Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility. Attempting to withdraw funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will result in the pending withdrawal being cancelled and bonus funds being removed from the balance.
- Withdrawal review period: garpwin reserves the right to implement a security review period of up to 48 hours for withdrawals that trigger our automated fraud detection protocols. During the review period, the funds are ring-fenced and protected; they are not used for any purpose other than the pending withdrawal.
- Cancellation of withdrawals: You may cancel a pending withdrawal request from your account dashboard provided the request has not yet been approved and processed. Cancelled withdrawal amounts are returned to your account balance immediately.
garpwin does not hold or invest player funds. Deposited funds are segregated from operational funds in accordance with standard player fund protection practice. In the unlikely event of insolvency, segregated player funds are protected and returned to players before any other creditor claims.
Bonus & Promotional Terms
garpwin offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to these general bonus terms as well as the specific terms published on the individual promotion page. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that offer only.
The following general conditions apply to all bonuses offered on garpwin:
- Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (e.g., 30x). Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus play cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met.
- Maximum bet during bonus play: While wagering a bonus, the maximum single bet or stake permitted is ৳500 (or the equivalent in-game denomination). Bets exceeding this limit during active bonus wagering may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
- Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games, and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%). The contribution rate for each game category is specified in the individual promotion terms.
- Bonus expiry: Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the period stated in the individual promotion terms (typically 7–30 days). Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are automatically removed from the account balance.
- One bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active on a garpwin account at any time. If you have an active bonus and claim a new promotion, the new bonus will be queued and activated only after the current bonus has been completed, expired, or manually forfeited.
- Abuse prevention: garpwin monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times, and coordination with other players to systematically exploit promotions. Any account found to be abusing bonus offers will have the bonus voided and may be permanently closed.
- Forfeiting a bonus: You may forfeit any active bonus at any time via Account Settings > Bonus Management. Upon forfeiture, the bonus amount and any winnings generated from bonus play are removed from your balance. Your cash balance (deposited real-money funds minus any bonus-funded withdrawals) is retained.
Gameplay & Betting Rules
All games and betting markets available on garpwin are governed by the rules published by the respective game provider or sportsbook operator. These provider rules form part of your agreement with garpwin. In the event of a technical error or dispute, garpwin's decision, informed by the provider's published rules and the game round data, shall be final.
- Casino games: All casino games use certified random number generators. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are publicly documented for all slots. garpwin does not alter house edge or RTP settings — game parameters are fixed by the provider and are not adjustable by garpwin at the platform level.
- Live casino: Live casino games are streamed directly from certified studio environments operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Game results are determined by physical dealing, spinning, or rolling — not by RNG. The dealer's actions are final. If a connectivity issue interrupts a live game session, the round result as recorded by the studio system is binding.
- Sports betting: Sports betting odds are updated in real time. Bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (ICC, BPL, FIFA, etc.). In the event of a match postponement, abandonment, or void result, stakes are returned unless stated otherwise in the specific market rules.
- Crash games: Crash game outcomes (including Aviator by Spribe) are provably fair. The multiplier at which the game crashes is determined by a verifiable cryptographic algorithm. Players may request verification of any game round result via the provider's fairness verification tool.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits: Each game has published minimum and maximum bet limits. Attempting to place a bet outside these limits will result in the bet being rejected by the system. Limits are reviewed periodically and may be adjusted by garpwin without advance notice.
- Disconnection policy: In the event of disconnection during gameplay, the round will be completed automatically by the system using the last instruction received (e.g., auto-cash-out settings). garpwin is not responsible for losses incurred due to player-side connectivity issues.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on garpwin. Engaging in any of the prohibited activities listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to the relevant legal authorities.
- Registering or operating more than one account on garpwin.
- Providing false, incomplete, or fabricated personal information during registration or KYC verification.
- Using another person's identity, payment details, or account credentials without their explicit written consent.
- Any form of collusion, chip dumping, match fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes in casino games, poker, or sports betting markets.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with games or betting markets in a manner that provides an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
- Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or miscalculated odds for financial gain. Any winnings resulting from a demonstrable software error are not valid and will be reversed.
- Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorised means, including stolen payment credentials or proceeds of criminal activity.
- Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, terrorism financing, or other financial crimes.
- Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at garpwin staff, live dealers, or other players in any communication channel.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Platform's back-end systems, databases, or security infrastructure.
- Reselling, transferring, or commercially exploiting your account balance or bonus credits in any manner not expressly permitted by garpwin.
Account Closure & Suspension
Either party — garpwin or the account holder — may initiate account closure. The procedures and consequences differ depending on whether the closure is voluntary (initiated by the player) or involuntary (initiated by garpwin).
Voluntary closure by the player: You may close your garpwin account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or at support@garpwin. Before closure is processed, all pending bonus wagering requirements will be removed and any cash balance remaining will be returned to your primary withdrawal method via the standard withdrawal process (minimum ৳500). Accounts with a balance below ৳500 at the time of closure will have the remaining balance donated to a responsible gaming fund.
Involuntary closure by garpwin: garpwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances, without prior notice unless stated otherwise:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Section 8.
- Failure to pass KYC verification within 72 hours of a formal request.
- Evidence of underage gambling or false declaration of age during registration.
- Confirmed use of a stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment method.
- Confirmed account compromise where continued operation poses a risk to the account holder's funds.
- Regulatory, compliance, or legal obligations that require garpwin to restrict access for certain users or jurisdictions.
In cases of involuntary closure due to Terms violations, garpwin reserves the right to withhold balances derived from prohibited activity pending investigation. Cash balances not directly connected to the violation will be returned to the deposit source after investigation concludes, typically within 28 days.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, garpwin, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Losses resulting from gambling activity, including but not limited to casino game losses, sports betting losses, or losses incurred through crash games or live casino rounds.
- Losses arising from system downtime, maintenance windows, or technical failures affecting availability of the Platform or individual games.
- Losses resulting from delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or banking institutions).
- Loss of data, account history, or game session data resulting from circumstances beyond garpwin's direct control, including force majeure events, cyber attacks, or third-party infrastructure failures.
- Any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of business opportunity, or reputational damage, even if garpwin has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, garpwin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to garpwin during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
Changes to These Terms
garpwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes may be made in response to regulatory developments, new product features, changes in payment processing arrangements, or other operational requirements.
When material changes are made to these Terms, garpwin will notify registered account holders via the email address associated with their account at least 7 days prior to the revised Terms taking effect, unless the change is required immediately by law or regulation. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter rights or obligations, or formatting updates) may be made without advance notice.
- Email notification: Material changes will trigger an email notification to all registered account holders. Please ensure your registered email address is current and that emails from garpwin are not filtered to spam.
- Effective date: The effective date displayed at the top of this document is updated with every revision. Checking this date allows you to quickly confirm whether the document has changed since your last review.
- Continued use: Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept revised Terms, you must close your account before the revised Terms take effect.
- Previous versions: Archived versions of previous Terms are available on request by contacting support@garpwin. We maintain a version history for a minimum period of 3 years.
garpwin will not apply revised Terms retroactively to completed transactions. Bets placed, bonuses claimed, and withdrawals processed under a previous version of the Terms remain subject to those Terms as they stood at the time of the relevant action.
Contact & Dispute Resolution
garpwin is committed to resolving all player disputes quickly, fairly, and transparently. If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your account, a game outcome, a withdrawal, or any other aspect of the Platform, we encourage you to contact us in the first instance and allow us the opportunity to resolve the matter directly.
Step 1 — Contact Support: Raise your concern via live chat (available 24/7 on-site) or by emailing support@garpwin. Please provide your registered username, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting evidence (screenshots, transaction IDs, game round references). Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 2 hours and aim to resolve it within 48 hours.
Step 2 — Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at the support level, you may request escalation to our Compliance team by replying to the original support ticket and marking it as an escalation request. The Compliance team will issue a formal written response within 7 business days.
Step 3 — Final Resolution: If the matter remains unresolved after Step 2, garpwin will provide a final position letter. This letter constitutes our final decision on the matter. You may retain this correspondence for your records.
These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through the garpwin internal complaints process before pursuing any other remedy.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
